The following Information applies to our Purchase Policies. Once you agree to purchase an animal from Hopalong Acres you are agreeing to our Purchase Policy. If you have any questions in regards to the Purchase Policy, please contact us before you put a deposit down on an animal. At this time we do not ship our animals. Thank you again for your interest in one of our wonderful animals.

We accept the following methods of payment:

*Cash  or *PayPal 

Goats *We ask for  $50 per goat NON REFUNDABLE Deposit when holding a goat(s). This deposit will not be refunded if you decide not to purchase the said goat(s). You may however transfer your deposit to another available goat(s).

Rabbits  *We ask for $10 per rabbit NON REFUNDABLE Deposit when holding a rabbit(s). This deposit will not be refunded if you decide not to purchase the said rabbit(s). You may however transfer your deposit to another available rabbit(s).

*All rabbits  come with a 3 generation pedigree. Some rabbits may also come with registration.

All Animals

*We reserve the right to cancel a purchase at anytime. If we do chose to cancel a purchase the buyer will be granted a full refund of their deposit.

*We will hold the reserved animal for up to 4 weeks after available release date without charge. After that we will charge $10 a week per goat & $2 a week per rabbit. After 8 weeks of the available release date, unless an agreement has been made ahead of time, the goat(s) &/or rabbit(s) will be put up for sale again. All monies paid will not be refunded.

*Pet quality animals will not be sold with pedigree or registration.

*We do not guarantee that all animals sold as “show quality” will win shows. We are selling animals as “show quality” in which we feel have the potential to show.

*We do not guarantee that all “breeding stock” animals will reproduce for the new buyers. Breeders that have bred for us may not reproduce in their new environments. And we have no control as to the reproduction of unproven stock. If your breeding stock does not reproduce you may contact us with your concerns & we can try to help you correct the problem or exchange the animal.

*We guarantee our animals health for 1 week after purchase. If you do not report any signs of sickness during this time, we cannot be held responsible. The animal must be returned to us within 1 week of leaving our facility.

*Purchaser agrees to provide adequate shelter, food, water, & care for the animal.

*Purchaser agrees that if the said animal comes with registration papers/pedigree that the registration papers/pedigree will not be altered in anyway other than allowed by the ABGA or ARBA.  If the registration papers are altered in any non-ABGA or ARBA approved way, we will file a complaint with the appropriate associations.

*By purchasing an animal(s) from us, you are agreeing to all conditions listed on this page.
